Butterfly Punch

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Butterfly Botanical Liqueur
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Oleo Saccharum*
1 oz. Soda Water
Lime Wheel

Build first four ingredients in shaker, add ice, and shake until chilled.

Strain into rocks glass over ice, and top with soda water.

Garnish with lime wheel.

For 20 people:
20 oz. Vodka
20 oz. Butterfly Botanical Liqueur
10 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
10 oz. Lime Oleo Saccharum*
1 liter Soda Water
Lime Wheels
Edible Violets

Build first four ingredients in punch bowl and stir.

Add large ice block to cool, or refrigerate until cold and pour into punch bowl over ice.

Top punch with soda water and garnish with lime wheels (and edible violets, optional).

*Oleo saccharum is made by muddling lime peels into sugar until a paste is formed (one peeled lime to one ounce of sugar).
