2 1/2 oz. Butterfly Elderberry Vodka
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Lime Peel

Build first three ingredients in shaker, add ice, and shake until chilled.

Strain into Nick and Nora glass.

Garnish with lime peel cut in shape of papal hat and rest on glass rim with toothpick.
