Butterfly Spritz

2 oz. Butterfly Botanical Liqueur
1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc Aperitif
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Sparkling Wine
Lemon Peel
Lavender Bud (optional)

Build first three ingredients in shaker, add ice, and shake until chilled.

Strain into coupe glass and top with sparkling wine.

Express lemon peel on top of beverage and drop peel in glass.

Garnish with lavender bud (optional).
